Is this the most insensitive picture ever?

We’ve been transfixed by the terrible news coming out of France over the past few days. On Sunday, during the solidarity rally for French victims of terror and intimidation, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas (who himself has a history of terrorism) made an appearance in the front row, along with leaders from around the world.

Which one of these does not belong?

Which one of these does not belong?

But Abbas, was a little different than the other people he marched with.

Why is he grinning?

Why is he grinning?

As rule, we try not to focus our ire on individuals, but in this case we have to make an exception for one of the worst haters of all time. To have a terrorist bully like Mahmoud Abbas at an anti-terrorism rally and for him to behave in such a disrespectful way defies explanation.

Here is the original photo so you can see it has not been tampered with in any way.

How dare he?

How dare he?

Abbas, you may recall, is currently the unelected “leader” of the Palestinian Authority. In his prior life as a terrorist, Abbas has been named as being involved in the 1972 massacre of Israeli Olympians in Munich. His Fatah terrorist group was responsible for hundreds of rocket attacks during the summer’s war that forced Neil Young to cancel his concert in Israel. His supporters call for boycott, divestment and sanctions against the only democracy in the Middle East (although hypocritically, Abbas himself is against the BDS movement). Oh and just for fun, he is also on record as blaming the Holocaust on the Jews.

The fact that a self-admitted bully, terrorist and anti-Semite was even at this rally was insulting enough. And for him to be grinning his way through it? Seriously?

So what do you think? Is this the most insensitive picture ever?

UPDATE: Rosanne Barr sure seems to think so…

  1. Ese hombre terrorista, Dios lo maldecirá, y no lo dejará libre hasta que lo tenga en sus manos, y se lo entregue a Satanás, el Diablo.

Que Dios bendiga a Israel, hoy, mañana y siempre. Amén; yo amo a Israel.

  2. he must believe we (the rest of the world) have no memories or access to ‘Google’. The nerve of him, what country was he representing…..I am a Christian from Northern Ireland, we have had our share of terrorism. He disgusts me, he has no morals no scruples and definitely no right to have been there. The way he does not recognise ISRAEL or the Jewish people is an affront to human decency.

  4. Had the French blocked his attendance to the rally, he would certainly have blamed the Jews again and claimed he is the bullied one.
Damned if we do, or don’t.
His photo disgusts me. Just wondering if he had the nerve to don a kippa and enter the Great Synagogue? Maybe he used that time to sip some cafe with his muslim drug dealer brothers in the 19th arrondisment?

    • The important thing is that we continue to push this to the top of the public consciousness. Keep telling people about this, email it to all of your friends, share on your Facebook pages and expose this bully to the world!

  5. The grinning Cheshire Cat! One day tho, dogs will get him and then he’ll know the terror of terrorism!!! Evil terrorist!!!!
